You can now receive your billing statement thru our secure patient portal. If you already have access to the patient portal, simply log in to your account, select options then statements settings and then choose e-statements. Your will receive an email letting you know your statement is ready.

If you do not have a secure patient portal account- call us at 208-882-2011 and our reception staff will assist you in starting your account.
